Preparation for Internal

Korea painting take the professional approach, properly preparing the space before painting the walls.

First of all, your furniture, your blinds and any other items in the room need to be moved away from the walls, and properly covered to protect them from any paint spills. Then the flooring will need to be protected with high-quality drop cloths, that will absorb any paint drips.

Once this is done we focus on correctly prepping the walls before actually applying the paint. Interior painting requires a lot of attention to detail. Any holes or cracks need to be to filled, nails need to be leveled. And most importantly, the walls will need to be thoroughly cleaned in order to remove grease, dust and debris.

We will apply a primer made from high-quality materials. This is a clean neutral base on which the final paint will be applied. This step makes all the difference to the final result. The difference between a regular and an expert paint job.

After the primer is allowed to dry the walls will be lightly sanded. This removes even the tiniest bumps and imperfections.

Only then do we apply the final paint, perhaps with multiple coats to give an outstanding result.

Preparation for External

The exterior painting is designed to withstand the harsh elements of the outside weather.

No two houses or buildings are quite the same, which is why the exterior painting requires a customized approach. This customization takes the size of the building, the colour scheme, the long term weather conditions, and the preferences of the building owner into account.

When the painting objective is set we follow a systematic process for all our exterior painting projects in order to achieve a uniform, consistent result. We understand that the external appearances of a building is something that should catch everyone’s eye.

Before we start the exterior painting, we clean, wash and carry out any repairs. We make sure that everything is in place before we get to painting the outside of your building. We prime all bare wood and new materials, and apply caulking to the joints and cracks. Then we efficiently paint the eaves, fascia, trim and walls, and meticulously paint every corner. A second coat is applied once the first coat has dried.
